Fine craft artists from across the state will display inspiring objects in the media of clay, fiber, glass, metal, wood, and three-dimensional mixed media in this annual juried competition and exhibition.
I’m NOT Every Woman, I’m a PHENOMENAL Woman – The 12th installment of this annual exhibition showcases creations by African American fiber artists from across the nation. This year’s theme challenged artists to create fiber works that pay tribute to an extraordinary African American woman – past or present, real or fictional, a public figure or an unsung heroine.
Fine art will be exhibited in five media categories: acrylic, oil, drawing/pastel, watercolor, and mixed media. Professional & amateur photography in the categories of color and monochrome will also be on display.
A variety of solo exhibitions by national and local artists will be on display in various venues.
